About Me

For more than ten years, I have worked in the film industry and traveled the globe filming a variety of documentaries.  My Finnish roots have taught me to appreciate simplicity, and that carries over into my filmmaking style. While filming, I've learned that using natural light can bring out the beauty in moments that you can't capture through any other means. My ability to adapt and overcome challenges has been essential in my work. While my roots inspire me to create simple and relatable stories, my experience has given me the skills to create beautiful and creative visuals to complement different kind of stories.
